On 19 June 2018, General Director, Managing Partner of JMG & Partners Sergi Jorbenadze, participated in a case that was heard by the Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics. Dr. Jorbenadze represented LEPL - the International Education Center (IEC) and has won the case against Journalist Akaki Gogichaishvili, who according to the decision of the Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics has breached Principle 1 of the charter.
